Marshall Project

Angie reached out to me when they decided to sell their full-time home and move into their lake cottage. This home has been in the Marshall family for many, many years and she knew that moving here after her son went to college would create a new opportunity for memories. The catch was that they were downsizing tremendously to just around 1000 sq' and that was going to be a huge

challenge in itself. They really have trusted me completely with the reins

during their remodel and I cannot wait to watch them create all kinds

of new memories in their newly remodeled lake home.
