Briones Project

This remodel felt a little like an HGTV show and here's why.. It isn't during every full remodel that a client has the opportunity to move out during construction (and if you can, trust me - you want to). However, Sam and Mike were living out of town with plans of this being their get-a-way home. Not only was that perfect for construction, but it made this entire process feel like a tv show because every time they would visit, something else was completely different. It felt like Christmas!
